Alwinton Two Day News 
First of all for anybody who doesn't know already we have agreed a new date with the North East Centre of the ACU and the trial will be on the weekend of the 22/23 June 2013. 

There are a number of improvements this year which we hope you will enjoy. If you have never ridden a single lap trial before this may be your chance to do so. No road work is involved the course consists of forest trails, moorland tracks and fell crossings.

The event will start and end each day at the Clennel Hall hotel which will be the headquarters for the event. The hotel will be providing food and drink throughout the weekend and are offering discounted rates to competitors. If you wish to book a room please ring the hotel, 01669 650377 dont use the online booking service. Clennel Hall are happy to restrict access to trial officials, spectators and competitors if there is enough interest so if you want to stay there get in touch with them now. In addition the Rose and Thistle in Alwinton village are providing the lunch check on the saturday, they also provide accomodation and are only a mile from the start, telephone 01669 650226. There is also a campsite and caravan site near the start, search under Clennel Hall tel 01669 650341. There is more accomodation in the area and i'll get more details posted shortly. 

Saturdays route will be a single lap of around 30 sections including streams , shale, quarries, rock outctop and even a little mud. There will also be a lunch and petrol check.

Sunday will be 2 laps of twenty sections.

As in previous years we will be running three courses, Easy, Clubman and hard
